- Conduct pre-project analysis, project resource requirements, detailed project plan and timelines.
- Execute and lead project plans and ensure project team members meet deliverables’ timelines.
- Provide regular reports to key stakeholders and project sponsors on progress and escalated issues.
- Monitor process performance, identify finding and provide improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
- Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
- Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document.
- Conduct training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate of reputable university, preferably in Management of Information System, Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Good communication skills verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Visio and Promapp.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
- Ability to work with people from different functions and skillsets, as well as different levels in the organization.
- Have experience be a Business Analyst for 1 – 2 years and work in Insurance company is a plus.
