Responsibilities
- Process incoming applications based on policy, procedures and SLA.
- Perform maker or checker process according to assigned role.
- Perform prompt escalation of issues whenever available.
- Ensure quality by maintaining error rate within agreed threshold.
- Ensure submission and availability of regular report on timely manner
- Ensure smooth communication with Vendors whenever necessary
- Propose initiatives to improve process and productivity within Credit Initiation Ops.
- Support various projects and initiatives in Credit Initiation Ops.
- Degree from reputable University
- High initiative and fast learner

- Minimum of 1 year recognized banking experience
