About the role
In this role, you will:
- Perform Industrial relation dispute settlements in all operation.
- Act as TCI representatives in process of mediation, Industrial Relation Court, and Supreme Court.
- Perform all trainings related with IR and ER to all HR/IR site officers.
- Support IR Superintendent to maintain communications with all labor unions, and mentoring the site HR/IR in performing LKS Bipartite process (monthly meeting with the employee representatives)
- Analyze and identify the implementation of Company Regulation and Collective Labor agreement especially in Disciplinary action guide.
- Monthly reports of Industrial Relation and Employee relation update situation.
- Performs trainings to all site IR/HR officers
- Maintain HR Policy & Procedure accurately.
- Minimum bachelor's degree of Law
- Minimum 3 years in Mining Company
- Sufficient knowledge in Employment Law and IR Dispute Settlements
- Familiar with Labor Unions
- Good Communication and Negotiation skill
- Good English skill
