- Good communication and leadership skill, proven with past experiences in leading a team (as tech lead and team manager), preferably with start up background
- Experience leading 4-6 engineers
- Good understanding of SCRUM methodology
- Good analytics & system design skill
- At least 5 years of working experiences as a developers and 2 years as a lead
- Strong in backend development specifically in Golang , basic understanding on front end development (Javascript/Typescript/React) and basic understanding on mobile development (kotlin)
- Knowledge in Payment Point Online Bank/Financial System
