- Minimum bachelor's degree majoring in Law, min. GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- The last position must be Supervisor level (min. 3-4 years experiences)
- Significance Experience in drafting legal documents both in English and Indonesian
- Hold Certified Advocate License will be advantage
- Good legal knowledge in Indonesian corporate law, contract law, company law, and investment law (The legal will be responsible in handling factory side and head quarter side as well)
- Good drafting skills, good analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
- Able to speak English (the interview will be conducted in English and Indonesian)
- Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents
- Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, dispute, legal actions, court proceedings).
- Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with their business partners
- Establish, review, and update internal policies, rule, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters.
- Ensure that industrial relations can be established in a conducive and harmonious manner, both internally and externally so that there are no industrial relations problems
- Ensure the company's license and legality are updated and accordance to current regulations -
- Preparing and reviewing Legal Agreements, NDA, making Legal Opinions regarding the latest employment provisions, and identify any potential risks and issues.
- Compiling and summarizing Government laws, regulations, and managing Online System Submission (OSS), LKPM, Siinas, etc
