- Handling end-to-end HR related matter, especially within the operational scope
- Digitising and coming up with ideas to improve the HR system
- Talent management and salary benchmark review on a yearly basis to ensure competitiveness
- Reporting to HR director for operational HR function
As an HR Manager, you are required to have:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Over 8 years of experience within the HR scope, minimum 4 years in management position
- Previous experience in mining, exploration, or similar industry
- Fluency in English
- Experiences on-site human resources is preferable
- Experiences in handling talent management, HR system, and HR development programs
- Good communication and negotiation skill
