Job Description

  • Strategise and manage the monthly performance marketing budget across paid channels, campaigns, clients & KPIs with the goal of maximising efficiency of spend.
  • Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, tactics, and channels to drive new user acquisition, retention, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze performance of all performance marketing campaigns to assess against goals (KPI, Acquisition Cost, Leads Traffic, etc)
  • Manage monthly budget plans for performance marketing with Local & Regional teams across business verticals
  • Analyse the performance of ads on an ongoing basis to propose improvements to the performance of these campaigns and have a deep understanding of the market, the platforms and the trends to ensure we are always operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyze website and web analytics and identify opportunities to optimize content, user experience and keyword rankings
  • Brainstorming and identifying market trends and insight.
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
  • Collaborate and work with a cross-functional team to achieve campaign objectives.
  • 4-5 years of experience handling Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other performance ads platforms.
  • Have experience running performance ads with Conversion Objectives
  • Familiar with marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, FB Pixel, UTM Tracking, Google Analytics, Email Marketing).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid expertise in the campaign and channel analysis and reporting
  • Experience in the health technology industry and/or agency background is a plus.
  • Lead Generation Experience at considerable size (10K+ leads per month for several projects) and considerable complexity (not just lead gen on FB, but multi-step journeys)
  • Very data-driven approach to campaign optimization & comfortable large amounts of data. Able to report with clear frameworks.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning & Budget Management Experience
  • Experience in testing new channels and trends (Tik Tok, etc...)
