- Hold min. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering and Business Adm., with min. 3.00 GPA
- Have min. 8 years experience in managing Logistics operation, managing 3 talents.
- Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English with people all levels.
- Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demand.
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Strong problem solving with good judgement and sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Will be placed in Jakarta.

- Prepare expense budget for team and control the execution.
- Prepare & achieve annual business action plan/strategy/target.
- Manage Import Licenses activities.
- Manage and corresponding new Import/Export regulation.
- Manage and developing relationship with MOI and MOT officers.
- Manage objection activities on responding Custom's Notul (Correction Noted).
- Manage and control operation of HS code determination.
- Manage and control Back Office operation.
- Manage and control activities on proceeding Action plan.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
