About the Country Manager Role:
Due to the excellent results and future expansion plans, the Country Manager will play a key role in the company's expansion development and it's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, implement and execute strategic business plans for the organisation and track the sales and marketing performance metrics to reach the business targets
- Set, monitor, manage and report on budget and expenditure for the Indonesian market
- Ensure that the values, standards, priorities of the brand are instilled and adhered to the group's standard
- Develop an environment that recruits, retains, and supports quality staff; and identify and action opportunities for their growth and continual development
- Be a commercial led Country Manager with a focus on business development initiatives and retaining existing clients through exception service and reporting
Key Requirements:
- Experience in leading a growth focused business in the edutech, SaaS or similar associated markets
- Specific technical and/or operational knowledge of educational technology, including but not limited to sales processes for technology business - SaaS is an added value
- Experience leading a team of operation, commercial, partnership and business development people
- Experience with go to market strategies with educational tech, SaaS and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, prioritisation and organisational skills and strong attention to detail
