The Designer will work closely with our marketing and engineering team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms. 1-2 years of UI/UX experience in Digital Environment (E-commerce, Web apps, Mobile Apps).
- Collect, understand and evaluate user requirements based on business objectives and analytical tools in collaboration with products and related work units
- Illustrate design ideas and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes leading to an intuitive user experience.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for multiple devices and interfaces
- UI UX maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with different platforms supports: Web (Desktop + Mobile), Native (Mobile + Tablet)
- Conduct usability tests to validate design ideas and document insights and interaction models based on user feedback; A/B Testing, Web Analytic, Form Analytic
- Create and implement user flows, and user interface specifications in collaboration with product management and engineering teams
- Create and maintain design systems for products
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
- Good knowledge of design fundamentals and workflow
- Have a customer centric mindset
- Advanced level of UI to create visual interface, visual design language
- Good understanding of iOS and Android design systems
- Strong experience using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch and/or Figma, InVision and/or Marvel, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end product design
- Experience in b2b, enterprise, or platform design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to conduct user research testing
- Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, email) Technically fluent, comfortable working closely with engineering
- Experience with working in Agile environment is an advantage
- Strong digital portfolio to be presented (At least 2 apps in the portofolio)
