- Building the Marketing Team from scratch, including determining which positions are needed.
- Handling the Go-to-Marketing strategy for the company.
- Creating the strategies and execution for all Marketing Campaigns, including, Design, A/B testing, Data Analysis and Market Research.
- Measuring and managing the KPI's of the Marketing team.
- Managing and conceptualising the marketing plans to drive user acquisition.
- Working closely with the Product team in terms of Growth and Campaign strategies.
- Managing the full P&L and Marketing Budget.
- Maintaining relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
- A minimum of 7 years professional experience handling a Marketing function in Tech Start up or FMCG companies.
- Previous working experience handling either, Performance Marketing and/or Growth Marketing.
- A bachelors degree in Marketing/Branding/Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa is a must.
- Experience in launching a new product/vertical.
- Someone who is familiar with the Indonesian tech start up ecosystem and business.
- A Hands On Individual.
