- Oversee and maintain the legal corporate records and registries of the Indonesian entities
- Review and draft contracts
- Provide legal business advice and legal opinions to business stakeholders as well as the global team
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and timely reporting
- Together with internal audit and relevant departments, identify and investigate risks and compliance issues
- Represent the company in external engagements with foreign chambers, associations, and government
The successful candidate should possess:
- Min. a Bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 5+ years of work experience in international law firm/corporation
- PERADI license is a huge advantage
- High level of command of English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in the beauty, retail, and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Good understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory environment in Indonesia
- Proven negotiation and drafting skills
