Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes overall business and operational strategy
- Responsible and accountable to drive the Company’s many brands through growth, marketing support, communication and quality assurance, leading the overall operation and management
- Developing high quality business and operations ensuring their alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives
- Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company
- Evaluate company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in business
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of industry experience with the last 3 years at an GM level. Extensive experience in the fine dining and lifestyle/entertainment space is a must
- Familiarity with various operational functions in the end-to-end management
- Proven track record of executing strategic business initiatives
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision with a strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
