Management Level Associate
Job Description & Summary
- Create relevant and engaging content for the website, article and social media
- Conduct extensive research to identify areas of improvement for website content
- Liaise with the client service team for website content updates, social media campaigns and article development
- Develop social media content for local materials, specific programmes and selected Partners’ social media accounts
- Manage and plan monthly editorial content for social media and articles
- Implement a communication strategy from developing content for relevant media touch points (conventional and digital platform) to production
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and Communication/Mass Communication/Advertising/Digital Marketing/Economic. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a team and various client service teams.
- Literacy in using Google Suite, social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook), and social-media analytics.
- Willingness to work under pressure and deadline, as well as to learn and upgrade the skill during the working process.
- Proactive and creative personality, with a strong customer-service orientation
