Job Description
- Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with the Brand Owner and Operations Team.
- Understand customer and stakeholder expectations to release a new product.
- Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company.
- Research, design and evaluate raw materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
- Leading scaling up process from lab scale to operation and support process optimation programs in operation.
- Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals,
- Enhance team competencies ( hard and soft skill ) and promote positive culture within team.
- Develop good laboratory practice for laboratorium testing/trial activities.
- Document all phases of research and development.
- Bachelor of Food Technology, Culinary, or related
- Minimum 4-7 years of Experience in leading Research and Development team in Food & Beverage / FMCG category
- Experience with leading high performance team
- Experience in project management methodologies
- Significant experience of end to end project delivery
- Good written and oral communication skills, able to promote ideas by logical argument, and capable of presenting the results of a project in a clear and effective manner
- Sound time and resource management skills and ability to lead, motivate and direct support staff and contractors contributing to the project
- Self-motivated, with the drive and initiative to carry out projects according to plan, and the ability to quickly adapting in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and to work with new technologies with little documentation or support
- Creative and proactive on problem solving process with scientific metodologies and consistently seek for continues improvement activities.
