- Partner with the General Manager to build/recruit a cohesive and performing team, role modelling the company leadership behaviours & values.
- Play a key role within the leadership team and help achieve effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive the organisation plan with clear roadmaps around leadership, skills, capabilities and expertise.
- Create a clear HR strategy to support both top-line and bottom-line growth. Deliver measurable outcomes, through agreed KPIs .
- Partner with leaders and employees to improve employee engagement, performance, involvement, and retention. Measure and drive eNPS.
- Facilitate an impactful talent management process - coach, mentor, and develop outstanding talent across the organisation, to strengthen talent pipeline depth and diversity. Lead regional Talent Acquisition, employer branding and onboarding initiatives.
- Be a champion of the company strategic, talent development and people development frameworks, alongside company People Manager toolkit.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices through market analysis, pay increases, and short- and long-term incentive programs.
- Provide HR team leadership, developing a high performing HR function and strong HR talent pipeline/succession/development.
- Play a key role within the global HR Team, contributing proactively to global HR strategy, programmes, tools and policies.
- Manage day to day HR Operations, including payroll, personnel administration, compliance and data protection.
- Establish core HR & People processes, systems and tools, in line with the company group and leveraging/updating HR system.
- Obtain/provide training as required.
- Create regional HR Strategy, deliverables and KPIs as subset of Global HR Strategy and ‘key enabler’ projects
- Recruit team to meet local needs and in line with company leadership behaviours and values. Take opportunity to build a talent pipeline.
- Support implementation of the company framework
- Implement performance management system linked to leadership behaviours.
- Launch employee engagement tool (eNPS) through employee voice, people management and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensuring all key employees have clear development plans.
- Oversee local implementation of People Manager Toolkit.
- Establish clear three-year organisation plan.
- Master’s/Bachelor's degree in HR; CHRP/HRM certificates preferred
- Minimum 7+ years in HR, including 5+ years in management. Ideally from an international/manufacturing company
- Change management experience; ability to lead and drive change
