We are looking for Customer Services Planner to be based in Pasuruan.
Your 'day to day'
- Responsible in developing production planning and schedule for Prototype Cut Filler/Primary (Kretek, White and TLA), and Cigarette/Secondary (SKT, SKM, SPM, TLA and Filter) processing to match with expected timing from requestor.
- Through consideration to build production schedule needs to be accommodated in term of: Accurate quality, quantity and time delivery, production material availability (tobacco, cut filler and NTM's), machine readiness, manpower allocation, maintenance activity, machine conversion impact.
- He/she also act as a point of contact of Pilot Plant customer by providing information related to schedule, material status and order progress to meet on time delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years in cigarette manufacturing industries or relevant industries
- Minimum 2 years experiences in role of customer services / production planner / communication channel / Customs & Excise / Quality Assurance
- Having knowledge and experience of secondary processing / primary processing / SAP or COUPA Administrative
- Able to work in shift when needed
- Knowledge on Excel with Intermediate Level and other microsoft software
- Open to be placed in Pasuruan.
