- Bachelor in business, sales, management or relevant field
- Min. 5 years of experience as Business Development/Sales Manager
- Has experience in Digital Payment/Payment Gateway/Bill Aggregator companies is a MUST
- Has leadership experience
- Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties
