- Verify AR stores aging (Delivery Store, CIT, Bank)
- Creating Sales Invoice for Modern Trade and preparing all Customer Billing Documents.
- Coordinating with Logistics to collect Delivery Orders.
- Resolving any open issues regarding to DO/Return & outstanding accounts.
- Chasing up Customers for open and due accounts for timely settlement.
- Collaborating with internal Sales, Logistics and Accounting department.
- Doing proper filing for AR Documents.
- Assisting Audit process for AR data verification.
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly of AR Progress work to AR Coordinator & Section Head.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field(preferably from Retail/F&B Industry).
- Good logical thinking, detail oriented, good at number.
- Fast learner and resilient.
- Ms Excel skill advanced level.
- Familiar with SAP B1 (preferable).
