We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist who will analyze financial information, maintain complete records while adhering to the strict standards of our organization. Here are the job descriptions.
Daily:
- Daily input and/or review of various bank transactions across Group's entities
- Manage google sheet master of bank statement in daily basis
- Keep accurate records for account payable and account receivable
- Review of uploaded bank statements to Xero
- Reconciliation of incoming payments for AR and outgoing payments for AP
- Reconciliation of bank statements per entity and comparison to Xero
- Cash Report in monthly basis
- Accruals recognition, prepaid amortization, and asset depreciation
- Balance sheet schedule for AR and AP
- Financial audit, due diligence, and other similar assignments
- Investor or Lender report and/or data request
- Design and/or update current and/or new revenue streams
- Regular update for any new or changes in accounting standards
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role
- Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
- Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
