We are now seeking a position as a Warehouse Assistant Manager who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Responsible of end-to-end warehouse management.
- Lead warehouse smoothly, manage accuracy stock, support monthly stock count
- Responsible for manage warehouse compliance.
- Control and trouble shooting warehouse operational and project.
- Responsible for warehouse man power (Attendance, Job desc, performance reports and evaluations)
- Responsible for maintaining Warehouse assets (Forklifts, Scale machines, Prepare Equipment, Pallet and Channel Rack)
- Reports directly to the position of Supply Chain Manager and Plant Manager.
- Broad experience at least 5 years in multinational manufacturer, in printing manufacture (prefferable) as Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager Warehouse.
- Strong ability as decision maker and problem solver related to warehouse operations, data accuracy, and warehouse management
- Proven strong leadership to control compliance in warehouse team management and compliance project improvement.
- Detail, analytic, systematic and native speaker in English
- Willing to be based at Pasuruan - East Java
