1. Doing maintenance for company facilities regularly (asset, generator, office and mess equipments, etc) to ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and in proper condition to support company’s operational activities
2. Coordinating and supporting the fulfillment of equipment needed in management company’s infrastructure
3. Doing routine inspection for infrastructure maintenance, inspection for electrical mining asset modification and checking document administration in order to ensure all activities are appropiate with the regulations
4. Doing maintenance and ensuring the electrical installation and telephone network are functioning properly and safely to support the company’s operational activities
5. Ensuring the availability of electrical energy (from PLN or generator) and making related work report in accordance with applicable regulations
6. Coordinating GA’s asset with data asset from accounting to ensure data about availability asset is valid
7. Doing filing for GA Infrastructure & Maintenance’s documents, so all document is well organized and easy to find when needed
8. Input and request goods or services needed to SAP system
9. Making work report about infrastructure and facilities management to support the company’s operational activities
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Certified Ahli K3 Listrik (preferably)
- Minimum a year experience of working as General Affairs
- Advance competencies in Office Administration, Office General Service, Documentation Management, Project Management, and Writing & Reporting
- Good Communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
- Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan
