We are currently seeking a Voice Network Support Engineer to join our team in Jakarta, Jakarta Raya (ID-JK), Indonesia (ID).
1. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working as Voice Network Support on Avaya and Cisco.
2. Primary task is as Voice Ops role, is to follow the daily voice checklist provided to perform required action. This is inclusive of vendor coordination, troubleshooting support, Continuity of Business support and level 1 - Voice/Network support for the change/BAU tasks under SME guidance at site accordingly
3. Candidate should know the basic Operations of Voice environment and process follow with in sites
4. Follow the Standard Instructions given via SNOW or Voice Management for activities such as rack & stack, cable patching, troubleshooting support, etc.
5. Work with Designated Partner for racking and stacking of Voice devices and all movement of voice devices will be managed by partner
6. Monitor the country voice status in terms of connectivity (Monitoring only involves for first level of work)
7. Work with other team for console access and any approved process
8. Follow the standard operating procedure of Voice Ops, which are standard accross the region
9. Work on Service Now tickets / Request for any action required for first level monitoring and engage right team for next course of action
10. Hands and legs Support in case of escorting partner or any change worked required in site
11. Support with shift work
