Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management (Jakarta/Indonesia)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Regional EHS Manager with day-to-day EHS operations as required.
- Act as the EHS subject matter expert and provide support to local business partners.
- Complete and maintain company risk assessments in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with the development of COVID-19 Return to Office policy and procedures.
- Coordinate EHS incident response and investigations, including COVID-19 and contact tracing.
- Maintain routine documentation, recordkeeping, hazard assessments, and health safety audits.
- Liaise and report to the local authorities as necessary.
- Assist with the production and delivery of EHS training programs.
- Support the Global Ergonomics program as required.
- Support the EHS regional audit and inspection program.
- Monitor EHS performance and provide analytical updates as required.
- Other duties as assigned by EHS Leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in environment, health and safety, engineering, or related field (obtained in local Country) o Note: Applicants with the relevant experience and professional certificates, such as NEBOSH, will be considered
- Non-Registered with any locally required bodies or government agencies.
- Technical Member of IOSH is preferred
- Good working knowledge of local regulatory requirements; general and construction standards
- Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree in environment, health and safety is acceptable.
- Having at least 2 years working experience in facility/quality assurance is preferred
- Able to work independently and drive results
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships
- Strong computer-based skills, able to produce reports and working documents to an exceptional standard
- Strives for continuous improvement
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- English working language
