- Responsible for managing the whole Commercial and QS Section including Quantity Surveyors, Cost Controls and Estimators
- Overseeing the finances of projects as it progresses, including progress claims to clients and payment to sub-contractors and suppliers
- Involved in tender preparation, bidding, and negotiating contracts
- Assessing risk for all projects related contractual matters with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers including tendering and resolving contractual and commercial problems
- To review & draft contract, quotation, progress claim for subcontractors and to clients
- To prepare variation orders and final accounts to customers, sub-contractors, suppliers
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Commercial & Contract roles in managerial level, preferably with experience in construction company.
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
- Excellent negotiation and people management skill.
- Knowledgeable with construction contract and the legal framework
- Fluency in English
