Requirements :
- Graduate from Law/Psychology/Human resource or any other related field
- At least 5 years experience in Human Resources / HRBP
- Experience as HRBP/Recruitment officer
- Familiar and capable of using any HRIS
- Understand income tax art 21
- Familiar with SIPP & e-dabu
Job Description :
- Recruitment
Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. (Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with relevant functions to feed into recruitment timelines.)
Plans and organizes selection procedures.
Researches and communicates any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business (Benchmark & Requirements).
Anticipates the future of organization and working with senior executives to advise on recruitment strategy that will help to sustain the organization's success
Prepare the Offering letter & Employment Agreement for the New Joiner
Process the new joiner announcement, onboarding & Induction
Maintain the regular update of the company's organizational chart/ structures and keep the organization structure are in line with the company business growth.
- HRIS (Payroll)
Create & Process monthly payroll Including distribution of monthly pays
With OD Officer create & initiate the process for quarterly assessment & Annual Appraisal
Follow up and update on any employment status both on the HRIS and hardcopy as well
- Reporting
Create monthly report of Payroll & Payroll component (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh21, deduction, and other Journal as requested)
