National Campaign Activation Manager

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Brands selling plan
  • Champion implementation of digital tools for RTMs and Service models.
  • Develop KPIs to monitor Campaign Activation coordinators
  • Responsible for selling plan for Focus brands across all segments with ownership of sales
Strategic Field Marketing
  • Develop an annual grand design field demand generation action plan for all Sales' Business Units.
  • Develop detailed quarterly action plan for every regional sales area.
  • Actively liaise with Brand Portfolio Managers, Marketing Services and Communication Manager, and Marketing Intelligence Manager at Head office to deliver business strategies that support successful brands' success.
  • Provide competitive intelligence insight (pricing, brand activities, etc.) to Brand Portfolio Managers.
  • Actively provide feedback to Marketing services & Communication Managers for potential local brand communication idea.
  • Actively liaise with local Sales Managers for activity design and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with MD team for demo-plot activation planning.
  • Understand and actively propose joint activity solution for local sales highs channel stock situation.
Demand Planning and Execution
  • Liaise between brand Portfolio Managers and Local Sales Team for development and alignment of sharp activity format, segment targeting and excellent demand generation strategy.
  • To conduct effective demand generation field activity monitoring, especially by effective use of Bayer's digital tools (Tableu, LEAD, BRP at present) to be able to continuously improve activity effectiveness and efficiency especially in relation to selling-out at R2.
  • Develop the framework for Field Marketing Team (RM, FMO, FO) for planning, execution, and monitoring of Demand Creation activities to improve activity effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide activity report that covers product focus, growers attendance, highlighted growers' feedback, R2 selling out
WHO YOU ARE
  • Qualification: Business or Agronomic Graduate (Bachelors)
  • Experience: At least 6 years' experience in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Knowledge: Indonesia geography, crops landscape and acreage potential, pest, pesticides, distribution network, general external influencers, large farmers, farming community (preferred but not mandatory), government structure
  • Technical Skills: MS Office, Tableu, LEAD, BRP
  • Soft skills: Managerial, Leadership, Analytical, Problem-Solving, Interpersonal, Negotiation
  • Service orientation towards internal and external customers
