Ensure proper claims and administration services, management, handling and all claims & administration related matters to meet and align with the KPI/SLA
Claims portion: Claims supervisory, Monitoring, Reporting, Management, Administration & Adjudication and other claims related service deliverables:
Supervise claims team to align with the KPI/SLA/TAT
Prepare claims report for designated client and others as assigned
Claims Acknowledgement, receive and notify the client and insurance provider, Advice client / employees and HR teams on documents, to support claims, checking, reviewing, analyzing & ensuring the accuracy of benefits vs payable claims, monitor claims turnaround time and settlement, Review claims report provided by the insurance provider, Present and provide periodic
claims report to client's HR team, Vendor effectiveness review & escalations.
Review and monitor SLA
Monitor the excess claims management & administration, ensure that the excess claims are checked properly and accurately by the claims team
Administration portion: administration supervisory, Monitoring, Reporting management and other administration related service deliverables:
Monitor the accuracy and input of member movement and invoicing
Provide forecast, budget, estimated revenue data base and other data management as assigned and requested by HS leader and management from e-global and other related record system
Monitor the administration team in actively provide the update of monthly closing database, ensure the settlement of outstanding payment from and to insurers & clients
Provide necessary report for financial database / administration as assigned and requested
Ensure all aspects of claims and operation meet compliance standard determined by company Policy and Protocols and local regulations and always applying Aon Impact Models.

Insurance |Claims
Medical Doctor. In health solutions claims related discussion, most of the clients (HR, Employees, other related stakeholders) would listen the input from someone with medical background, a medical doctor is preferred and would give more value adds. This specific skill is also required when appealing and dealing with medical doctor /claims team in the insurance industry. Majority of manufacturing and large multinational companies have a company's doctor (or doctors' team) who is in most of the discussion more keen to have discussion with doctors from brokers.
Minimum 10 years experience working in the same industry.
Strong negotiation skills.
Analytical skills.
Leadership & Managerial skills.
Certified by APARI (Insurance/Broker Association) or PAMJAKI.
Preferably from Broker Insurance.
Majority of manufacturing and large multinational companies have a company's doctor (or doctors' team) who is in most of the discussion more keen to have discussion with doctors from brokers.
