About the Company:
Our client is a software as a service startup that focusing on managing day to day staff operations by integrating their employee management tools to the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the direction, performance and management of the sales activities of the team
  • Focusing on meeting sales targets and those of the team as a whole
  • Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with business plans
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of the sales team members
  • Manage and maintain relationship with client/customers for feedback and to obtain clients satisfaction
  • Identifying and overseeing implementation of sales management best practices
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Management role preferable in F&B, Retail and Hospitality sectors
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good oral and written skills in English
  • Comfortability with ambiguity and perseverance attitude
