Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the direction, performance and management of the sales activities of the team
- Focusing on meeting sales targets and those of the team as a whole
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with business plans
- Direct and manage the performance and development of the sales team members
- Manage and maintain relationship with client/customers for feedback and to obtain clients satisfaction
- Identifying and overseeing implementation of sales management best practices
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Management role preferable in F&B, Retail and Hospitality sectors
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team
- Strong business acumen
- Good oral and written skills in English
- Comfortability with ambiguity and perseverance attitude
