WALK-IN INTERVIEW
1. FLIGHT ATTENDANT (EXPERIENCE & NON EXPERIENCE)
Ensure the safety standard procedures is being meet and delivered excellent AirAsia experience for the convenient of AirAsia guest during in-flight.
EXPERIENCE:
- Male / Female max age 30 years old
- Current Rated A320 series will be preferable
- Any Rated with government license (Boeing series, etc) are welcome to apply
- Male / Female, 18 – 25 years old
- Height for Male 170 cm, Female 160 cm & Min SMU (S1 or D3 will be advantage)
- Genuine interest to serve people, well groomed & good looking, willing to be posted outside origin
- Fluent spoken English is a must (Able to speak mandarin will be advantage)
- Application letter & CV (Including Original & Copies Education Background)
- Copy of ID (KTP) & NPWP, for experience: Copy of FA Certificate (Issued by DGCA) Copy of Passport & Copy SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian)
- Reference letter from previous company, Recent Full body & Close Up photograph For experience: Copy Of Mandatory Training Certificate (CRM, DG, Avsec etc)

2. GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT
Assist our guests experiencing our touch point of service in the airport with comfortable and efficient handling in Sales Counter, Check In counter, Boarding gate or Arrival hall.
3. TEAM LEADER (Supervisor Assistant to Duty Executive)
Coordinate and supervise Guest Services Team with formulate & design fast, efficient & effective processes of guest handling. Coach and guide each team member & ensure teamwork spirit.
QUALIFICATION:
- Male/Female maximum 27 years of age (2) 32 years of age (3) & Min D3
- Min Height for Male i 165 cm, Female: 160 cm with Proportional Weight & good appearance
- Fresh Graduated are most welcome to apply (2)
- Having MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 2 years in Airline Industry and 1 year in similar position (3) Familiar with computer (Microsoft office and email), fluent in English both oral & written Able to work on shift & Willing to be posted outside Origin
