What You Will Do:
You will be responsible to contribute on the success of Johnson Controls’ Service Sales department, setting goals for the team, ensuring that the sales target is achieved, and growing the business that leads to revenue growth.
How You Will Do It:
Manage and lead service sales team to achieve the annual service sales target.
Prepare tender, contract, and quotation.
Negotiate on price and terms & conditions.
Prepare annual sales target and monthly/quarterly forecast along with Gap closure action items toward delivering plan/forecast & identification of issues/risks and potential solutions to meet forecast.
Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports.
Review any outstanding escalations (Collections, NPS, etc.)
What We Look For:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or diploma.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably has experience on Control, Fire, and Security.
Successful track record in sales or client account management.
Outstanding presentation skills, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed.
Preferably with own car.
