Job Responsibilities:
- Develop brand strategies to create a strong consumer funnel from awareness through consideration and conversion
- Oversee daily brand management, including market and competitor analysis, consumer insight analysis, and other related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach towards consumers
- Create brand and communication strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.
- Build and increase brand awareness through promotion and channel communication , such as advertising, digital marketing, events, etc
- Continuous product performance analysis and launch success through holistic 360 review
- 5 years of marketing experience within FMCG or tech companies
- Must have experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results, and developing and executing 360 launch plans
- Individual with solid communication skills in verbal & written
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into creative business solutions
- Excellent project management and agility in responding to changes and current trend
