Job Description
- Content development and management for corporate's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Manage the development of corporate branding activities
- Assist on marketing activities and campaigns of the business units
- Responsible for internal and external events; exhibitions, community activities, and Town Hall Meetings
- Organize and assist internal communications messages, including weekly newsletter production
- Responsible to media and public relations activities in coordination with a PR agency, including to provide key messages and storylines for the press release, activity ideas and plan
- Coordinate and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities
- In charge for messenger integration; on-boarding new members, developing FAQ and guidelines, generating a report
- Customer service management through messenger integration, email, and website
- Liaise and organize vendors, manage invoices, PO creation, and assist cross charge process within departments
- Minimum Bachelor degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
- Proven experience of 1- 3 years as communications strategy development with interdisciplinary approach
- Knowledge in digital marketing including data analytic and media intelligence
- Experience in media relations, event management, branding, website management, and social media will be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficient command of Bahasa and English
- Sensitive to and good understanding of intercultural aspects
- Strategic and creative mindset, with a dynamic and outgoing personality
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills is a must
- Self driven, agile, initiative and result oriented
- Hybrid working arrangement is applicable
