- Developed strategies for white goods and execute profound benchmark analysis on home appliances product categories
- Lead relationships with all major retailer groups, company procurement offices and construction developers.
- Conducting business in an international environment with constant travels abroad
- Running an international account from all aspects including sales, stock management, customer relations, etc.
- Building up a business strategy in designated markets and following global technology trends.
- Analyzing the market, customers and performance of the department and reporting to management.
- Collaborate with R&D for product with target company specifications.
- Indonesian candidate with Min 5 years of experience in OEM sales in whitegoods market.
- Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Managed a team of sales and/or marketing and/or business development for at least 5 years.
- Being open minded and ready to learn and explore, eager to experience new cultures
- Being persuasive with great communications and presentation skills
- Having the ability to think outside the box
- Having negotiation skills on an international scale
