- Employ technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas to give effective presentation and promote their space, food and beverage options, and unique event venue space.
- Manage a high volume sales-focused workload, meet productivity goals, and optimize the selling process through pro-active customer contact.
- Maintain contact with all client to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and optimize long-term customer value.
- Communicate and interact effectively with decision makers, at all levels internally and externally to thoroughly understand client's needs and to provide solutions.
- Build database of qualified leads through referrals, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of all clients and potential clients, utilizing company-supported technology tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 5 years experience as Sales Manager, Event Consultant or relevant position, in an art venue, exhibition or similar industry.
- Able to form excellent working relationship with partners especially with event organizers, artists, and producers
- Good communication skills, problem-solving skills and can work under pressure
- Able to work both in a team and as an individual contributor.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
