- Providing legal advice and assistance, particularly related to product development (policy and product related documents), digital partnership, financial agreements, bancassurance and product distribution agreement, marketing communication and CSR related agreement, hospital provider & medical panel agreement, third-party agreement, agency and corporate business related
- Providing support in reviewing and finalizing day to day operation agreements, project-related contracts and other legal documents for execution
- Conducting corporate document repository - keeping and managing documentation of various executed agreement
- Managing the Standard Operational Procedures of Corporate Legal function
The successful applicant should have at least:
- Bachelor of Laws, with CGPA of no less than 3.00
- 5 years of work experience as an in-house counsel in corporate function from financial institutions/lawyer in reputable firm
- Prior experience in insurance company is a huge advantage
- In-depth understanding of corporate laws, insurance laws and regulations, as well as legal procedures
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
