TALENT ACQUISITION INTERN
What you will be doing :
- Maintain candidate database, including input data into the system.
- Identifies and attracts job applicants from internal and external resources.
- Conducts job fairs, employment advertising programs and may work with employment agencies.
- Screens and assesses job applicants through resume reviews, interviews etc.
- Ensures staffing strategies are well-aligned to organizational goals.
- Studying at a reputable university in Psychology / Human Resource Management or relevant field.
- Having a good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects and/or tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast, Focus and responsive to needs of colleagues.
- Works excellent in a team as well as independently.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge in recruitment process such as psychological testing, screening, etc.
- Proficient in computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
