In mid 2022, Unilever Indonesia has undergone one of the most largest transformation process in the history of Unilever, operating as Unilever Compass, where we moved to an operating model organised around five Business Group. With these significant change, we are required to transform our current ways of working in providing visibility and insight analysis.
The current ways of working and performance management still continue as pre-transformation at total Unilever level both of forecasting and actual analysis, and requires revamping to be relevant with the new organizational set up.
You will be responsible for :
1. Playing a strategic role to support the logistic team to review current way of working and forecasting design template post-transformation.
2. Creating opportunities to drive impact by providing analysis or business explanation at business unit or category level (high forecast accuracy vs actual, comparison analysis, automation)
What we are seeking for :
1. Graduated from Finance or Accounting major from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00
2. Strong in numbers, have a structured thinking, and can perform data analysis well
3. Have minimum 1 year working experience in Finance or Accounting-related; fresh graduates are still welcome to apply if they have experiences aligned with we are currently seeking for
4. Open & flexible for working location (working location can be from our Head office or our factories) and also for job rolling within finance organization.
