- Acquiring various offline or online merchants include reaching out to them, understanding their needs and finding a place for them in our ecosystem where we can have a win-win solution among merchants, customers and the company.
- Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant partnership/acquisition approach.
- Developing and maintaining the merchant partnership/acquisition target list.
- Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 5 years experience as merchant partnership/acquisition or relevant position, in an E-commerce, Payment Gateway, Fintech, Market Place or similar industry.
- Able to form excellent working relationship with partners especially with merchants and e-commerce/marketplace companies
- Good communication skills, problem-solving skills and can work under pressure
- Able to work both in a team and as an individual contributor.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong can-do attitude
- Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
