- Research suppliers and vendors for spare parts, building materials and hardware tools
- Responsible for annual procurement budget and monthly procurement report
- Manage inventory and forecast needs and supplies
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Review requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Delegate tasks to the procurement team and team building
- At least 6 years of working experience in manufacturer or heavy industrial company exposure
- Demonstrate experience of leading purchasing function with a proven track record in delivering effective purchasing strategies, policies, processes and systems
- Strong in negotiation skill and familiar with supply chain management software
- Strong in management and leadership skills, cooperative and teamwork spirit
- Mandarin communication skill is a MUST, command of English is a plus
