Job Description

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests, etc.)
  • Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops, analysis of hiring needs, and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Plan recruitment Initiatives (such as Employee Referral Programs, ATS Development, Recruitment Marketing tools, etc.)
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience and suggest measures for improving employee retention
Newly created Senior HR position|Wide authority to develop the company on HR perspective
  • 5+ years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and regulation
Digital Security start-up on Cryptography.
