TREVO aims to change the way people in South East Asia move around by becoming the biggest car-sharing platform in South East Asia. We are currently the fastest growing peer to peer car sharing platform in Indonesia, and aim to scale out our product offering across more verticals and geographies.

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to plan and manage the implementation of brand, marketing campaigns and communication strategies to build the TREVO brand in the Indonesian market, with the primary focus to make TREVO a big, lovable and localized brand across Indonesia!

What will you be engaged in?
As our Brand Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Be involved in determining the right brand narrative for TREVO in the Indonesian market based on insights from market research
  • Delivering on the set performance metrics and KPIs for the brand which includes app downloads, installs, signups, doc uploads, members-first-booking and subsequent bookings
  • Participate in brand campaigns (both online and offline) and activities that will help profile the brand and deliver on key brand health indexes which includes brand awareness, publicity, brand preference, brand acceptance and brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with the PR agency to increase and optimize our media exposure and manage TREVO's PR activations and campaigns.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in determining the offline marketing strategy and the execution of the offline marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and implement marketing experimental efforts and tactics to elevate the brands performance levels and to establish new best practices or playbook for the brand marketing efforts in the long term.
  • Determining TREVO's content strategy and managing the content calendars of all the social media handles, overseeing the content team (graphic designer and content writer).
  • Constantly extract, analyze and provide insights on how to improve marketing performance through deep appreciation and understanding of performance metrics and data as well as market data and market research studies.
  • Provide performance reports and updates on strategies as and when required and identifying ways and opportunities to improve or innovate to bring about new successes
  • Ensure the effective and timely implementation of all brand and marketing activities, ensuring that targets are met, working in tandem with the channel operation teams and managers.

  • Capabilities and proven experience in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns, operations and management including branding, advertising, public relations, social media and all forms of digital/online marketing as well as lead generation campaigns.
  • An integrated marketing mindset with a strong foundation on branding and brand principles along with a passion for creative excellence in storytelling through multiple media types, both visual and written.
  • Excellent project operations and team management skills on day-to-day operations reporting to GM on work status and performance.
  • Knowledge of analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook analytics, programmatic advertising, basic SQL and dash boarding is a plus.
