- Define business requirements from stakeholders (business users) with detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Direct requirement meeting to clearly get what users want with consideration of technology and functional feasibility.
- Control and manage requirements at the workable project level so it can be delivered in a reasonable timeframe to fulfill the client's needs.
- Review the project timeline of the development team and check the progress of the development.
- Responsible for the on-time delivery and the quality of the application to meet customers' expectations.
- Lead the project team in designing product flow + requirements, creating & maintain Product Spec Documentation.
- Maximize the value of the product and the work of the development team.
- Working together with UI/UX team to create/improve the product.
- Collaborate with Testers/QAs to prepare test cases and acceptance scenarios related to requirements.
- Evaluate & research future and existing features and enhance the application by applying that enhancement to improve user experience.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products as the research activity.
- Work with cross-national teams for the IT Projects to satisfy international clients' global standard expectations.
- Having experience as a Product Manager/Owner for at least 5 years in total.
- Having experience as Product Manager/Owner for at least 3 years in handling global standard mobile application development projects.
- Having the knowledge to identify, and evaluates, operational processes and procedures, problems, and requirements.
- Good leadership skills, initiative, teamwork, integrity, and detail-oriented person.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence (English and Indonesian).
- An ideal candidate must be ambitious, proactive, collaborative, has grit and a positive attitude.
- Experience in building relationships and driving negotiations with stakeholders and working together to ensure project success.
- Strong analytical skills and documentation.

- Korean Language proficiency is a great plus.
