Job Description

Background:

As Education Consultant in Algoritma, you will be responsible for end-to-end handling of academy enrollment, and ensure excellent service satisfaction.

Job Description:
  • Develop and Maintain relationships with existing clients and alumni to have excellent service satisfaction and get referrals.
  • Plan and execute public events.
  • Response all inbound leads assigned from all channels with SLA max 2 hours and have a meeting and call orientation.
  • Helping students/clients to find the right choice for their needs.
  • Handles end-to-end academy enrollment and student onboarding.
  • Have good collaboration across departments to provide an excellent service.
  • Maintain a database of public leads and update the pipeline regularly.
  • Build trust and develop long term relationships.
  • Provide excellent follow up service to students.
  • Show dedication to ensuring students reach their educational goals.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proactive, flexible, initiative and be willing to take on setting up for public events and cleaning as needed.
  • Fits the Algoritma culture (people-oriented, adaptable, supportive, creative).
  • High integrity, strong in multitasking, analytical, communications, good problem solving (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking), time management, interpersonal skills, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • A good listener is able to empathize with prospective students/clients.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Hubspot and familiar in CRM tools.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3,4/4 from any field, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations.
