About the Company:
Leading personal care FMCG is looking for National Sales Manager to join its fast growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing sales in health & beauty, drugstores, modern trade and selected general trade
- Achieve monthly and annual target, seeking growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the performance against targets
- Manage the trade calendar inclusive of launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximising sales opportunities
- Develop team competency and business system to ensure effective business development
- Be the coordinator and motor of product marketing initiatives at the key accounts
- Manage and develop quality working relationships with key accounts and distributor through regular business review and meetings
- Conduct regular market visits and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to keep the business ahead
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- Min. 8+ years experience in personal care managing a similar channel
- Experience evaluating product/market situations and analysing data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches
- Great communication skills with strong English command in both written and verbal
- Proven track record in growing sales and business
