- Develop and implement logistics solutions for clients in various industries, including warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique logistics requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
- Analyse data and develop customised solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitor and manage the performance of logistics solutions, ensuring that they meet or exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and apply them to continuously improve logistics solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract logistics management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with logistics software and technology, including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and supply chain analytic.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and manage logistics solutions.
