As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years' experience in workshop and unit rental in a multinational company for the job of Rental & Workshop Manager. The job is based in Balikpapan, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Direct reporting to GM Operation and Operation Director
- Manage a rental and workshop team
- Handle workshop for Pump Products and Rent Services
- Provide functional support and technical advice to the operations team on a wide range of pump products
- Manage Service & Delivery stage process to the customer
- Develop project document as customer requirement
- Conduct maintenance and services for a pump products
- Develop a product especially for dewatering and dredging
- Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing and engineering team
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least ten years' experience in workshop and rent unit for pump products
- Experienced in managing Engineering team
- Strong knowledge of Solidworks and Draftsight
- Product knowledge of Pump and Valve
- Strong knowledge dewatering and dredging
- Good leadership and developing others
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines
- Good problem-solving approach
- Effective relationship management and communication skills
- Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
- Willing to work in Balikpapan, Indonesia
