Job description and responsibilities:
· Assist the marketing team with, but not limited to, writing content, creating presentations, managing social media, distributing student and school mailings and planning events
· Perform administrative duties for executive management including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer relations
· Office support duties include data entry, filing student records, creating spreadsheets, answering telephone calls and relaying messages
· Assist with the development of, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns; writing reports; providing detailed feedback to management
· Get involved in team discussions, assist with various research, and perform data analysis
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
· Fluent with word processing, excel spreadsheet, and presentation software
