- Construct and develop go-to-market plan that will lead to product and feature adoptions
- Obtain a deep understanding of B2B needs and customer pain points to offer value proposition accordingly
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote engagement with customers across various marketing channels
- Demonstrate accurate content for the relevant target market to increase rate of adoption
- Analyze campaign results and work closely with analytics team to track and optimise results of campaigns run
- Nurture relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product Managers, Designers, Content Writers and Customer Support - working together to reach business objectives and develop significant marcom strategy.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant field
- At least 5 years of working experience in handling GTM or Product Marketing - preferably in B2B industries
- Experience in SaaS product marketing will be a plus
- Proven track record in building and executing successful GTM programs and campaigns
- Strong project management skills with high attention to details
- Able to breakdown technical ideas into understandable business solutions
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia - both verbal and written
