Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing the HR Shared Services strategy to ensure the service and business goals are met and in line with the People Operations objectives.
- Design, develop and implement Shared Services business process, service scope and service delivery timeline that aims to improve the quality of services within People Operations Department.
- Manages the provision of high-quality administrative and transactional processing support in the delivery of HR shared services scope as per operating practice and any agreed SLA.
- Tracks and monitors service levels, customer satisfaction and progress of cases and reporting/updating to all stakeholders regarding status and outcome.
- Formulating and executing plans that support compliance, including developing and proposing corrective actions as applicable as well as establishing protocols for the government agency audit preparation and compliance reviews.
- Complying with applicable government reporting requirements, including preparing and auditing data for required reporting for local manpower officials.
- Working across departments to elevate awareness of employment compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor compliance in pursuant company regulation as well as applicable provisions within the company and from time to time ensuring the relevance of the company regulations.
- Proactively manage labor-related events to ensure a harmonious relationship between the company and the employee.
- 10+ years experience in leading international organizations with HR Operations, Shared Services, and Industrial Relations background
- Familiar with Human Resource compliance matters
- Advanced technical competency and attention to detail/accuracy
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to communicate concisely both in written and verbal
- Strong customer-service orientation, sense of urgency in getting things done, and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of payroll processes and systems
- Ability to lead and drive people to achieve the team objectives
